Plus size fashion brand Dia & Co has named Valerie Hoecke as its new chief operating officer.
In her new role, she will be responsible for driving day-to-day execution across all teams at Dia & Co and will play a leading role in translating Dia’s mission, vision, and brand direction of industry-wide size inclusivity into a company-wide strategy.
Hoecke previously served as the global chief digital officer for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, leading ecommerce and digital acceleration for 16 brands
She also helped build the luxury group’s “digital first” brand Benefit Cosmetics, creating the digital department at Benefit, where she served as a member of the executive committee. In that role, she oversaw marketing strategies, social media, influencer activation, the creation of an in-house content studio, own site ecommerce, e-retail and physical store digital support, as well as the digital technology team.
Dia & Co is a clothing and lifestyle brand for women who wear sizes 10 to 32, offering a range of brands through on online shop and the curated Dia Style Box subscription service.
Dia & Co was founded by Nadia Boujarwah and Lydia Gilbert in 2015 and has headquarters in New York City
